UK Border Agency -Against-Gay-Rights

I am Australia who fell in love with a UK guy

I was not gay at the time and i was not looking for a partner i was just looking at chat rooms when i come a cross paltalk some one must have invited me to a gay room where i saw a young guy buy the name of Paul

he was on cam playing music and i stayed for a bit as he was fun to watch

after a few days i got to know him i started to get feelling that i have never got be for they were as if i was home sick but i had never been to the UK when he come on line it made me so happy to see him just could not work out why i was having this feelling when i decided to ask him for his number he did give it over i call him up and before we new it the time had passed over 3 hours we just hit it off i called him up every hour on the hour and was staying up to see him come on line i could not go to bed with out hearing his voice.

after a few months had passed i ask him to come see me or i will try to go see him at this time i knew i was in love with him and told my family i was gay i lost half my family because of this as Australians are not as gay friendly as the UK i went for a Australia passport to go to UK to meet him at this time i had spent over $4000.00 on calling him up all the time his mum had just come in to money and was going to pay for Paul to come to me on the 8/09/2007 Paul landed at Melbourne Airport where i was waiting for him to come out of the custom boarder patrol gates

when i saw Paul face to face i could have fell over this was it i said to my self he is here after all the phone calls and staying up putting my body clock out it had paid off he was in my arms we went back to our place where we just kissed and hugged for a long time he got a job in loch sport Australia and was doing very well and we went off to Park's where my mum lives to see the Family that will still have me we stayed there for 3 days then come back to Victoria where we live Paul and i had a lot of work to do after we passed all the hurdles we were spending so much time when we were away for even as small as 1 hour we felt so sick we just could not be a part .

i then put in for a UK visa to go back to the UK with Paul

only to find now that for me to stay here with Paul i have to go back to Australia to apply for a civil partner ship visa or even if i get a job that will take me for three years i still have to go back to Australia to get that the UK Border Agency have made it so hard for gays to stay i cant work out why i cant stay here and apply for a civil partnership visa i am ready to give up my Australia passport to live with him i love him so much and want to grow old this is not fair Against the Gay Rights.

we homosexuals need to stick to together and get the same rights as straight men and woman how can the government just take some one away like that and sleep at night i will do any thing to live with Paul if that means go to a Country that will have us both. i can not lose him and he can not lose me. we are like a knife and fork you need them both..

i ask you what do you think about this is this fair for them to just do this...
